We need 1-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.
Before we can ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and package the items carefully. The time taken to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

4. Shipping to most countries
We ship to United Kingdom and most European Countries. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.
Contact Customer Service if you are not sure about the delivery. We can’t give you an approximate delivery time, due to uncertainties during shipping.
About tracking number: Your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 2-3 working days by email after we received your payment.
Q: I want to receive my order quickly and urgently. Can I choose express shipping mode?
A: We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to be considered before choosing this option. Some customs or import duties are charged, once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not be surprised by charges you don’t expect.
