If you are not satisfied with your purchase from shopu.co.uk, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days.
Request:
1. Items received within 30 days.
2.Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original package with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
4. Refund includes the payment for the order (shipping fee excluded).
Return & Exchange instruction

2. If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please take some images and send them to us. We will resend or refund it.
3. Please note: we can’t accept exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your returned item(s). On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once we received and inspected the returns, we'll issue the refund back to the account you used to purchase the item(s).
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
Order Cancellation
All items ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 10% -20% of the item price. Please be sure of the size and any other specifications before submitting your order.
