Notice: Shopu can ship from different warehouses. For orders with more than item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. Shopu will process orders according to the dispatch time indicated on the website. If the item has not been shipped based on this estimation, we will offer the customer a solution via the Support Center. If the customer contacts us before this we will act according to their requests and our policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Intellectual Property Rights
It is the policy of Shopu.co.uk to take appropriate action where necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant State, Federal and International laws in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other Intellectual Property laws. Our Company shall not be responsible, obligated, or liable for any injury or damage resulting from an application or use of its products, either singularly or in combination with other products, arising out of acceptance of this order. Our company shall have no liability for errors in weight or quantity delivered unless claim is made by Buyer within five days after receipt of shipment and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by carrier noting that carrier received the goods from our company in the condition claimed. If such timely claim is made by buyer, and the claim is deeded valid by our company, Our Company may fulfill its responsibility by either shipping the quantity necessary to make good the deficiency, or at our Company’s option, crediting buyer with the invoice price of the deficiency.
Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are paid by buyer upon invoice from Our Company unless Buyer provides a valid exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authority or unless Our Company is forbidden by law from collection of said taxes from Buyer. Import or export licenses are to be secured by Buyer.
These conditions are governed by and construed exclusively under UK laws without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Shopu is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
